Using standard reports

Sample6 CONTROL comes with standard (but highly customizable) reporting functionality based on surveys and feedback from you, our customers!  With each report you have the ability to:

  • Customize which test point criteria are relevant to view trending, including Food Contact Zone, Analysis Type, Program, etc. across one or more sites over a chosen time period
  • Export raw data and/or a report image for further modification or sharing
  • Save a customized report to your "folder" or subscribe to this report by email notification

If you have ideas of how we can improve the reporting module, please let us know!

Percent Positives Report - What percentage of my test points are positive?

The number of positives is a useful measure of the condition of the plant. A plant with no positives may not be testing in the right locations or at the right times. A plant with a high percentage of positives may have risk factors that need to be addressed. This data also changes over time. The percent positive report allows you to see both an image and a table. The table will show the number of samples included and the number of positives.

Percent Coverage Report - Where are we testing? What areas are we missing?

Maintaining coverage of your plant is critical in a robust environmental program and this can be challenging to see with spreadsheets. The floor plan module allows you to visualize through the color coding of the test points. This report will allow you to quantify your test plan coverage. Based on this data, scheduling behavior can be adjusted to ensure best practices.

Remediation Report - How were positive results addressed? Are they recurring?

From time to time, you will find positives in your plant. It is important to monitor your remediation process to ensure the issues have been cleared and manage recurrence.  A site with a recurring positive may have a niche which needs more aggressive treatment or even capital improvements.  This report will allow you to easily see this data.  The detailed history of actions associated with a remediation is available in the remediation module.
