Creating a Collected Schedule Report

If you are collecting samples in one location and processing them in another, either a 3rd party lab or a centralized lab, or even just another building on your campus, it is important to make sure that all the information is transferred. To better support this, we have updated our collected sample report. This report will automatically be downloaded if you click print after samples are collected in your schedule.

All the details you need including notes, lot numbers, and more are laid out so you can send this report right along with your samples.
